TCH Realty & Development Co. has developed 30 commercial projects totaling more than 4 million square feet. Many of these projects have involved the cleanup of contaminated sites, including Silver Spring Square in Mechanicsburg, PA; The Stockyards in Lancaster, PA; Hamilton Crossings in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA; and the Mill at Easton, City of Easton, PA.
TCH’s principal, Timothy Harrison, is admitted to the bar in New York and Pennsylvania. He also serves as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Loan Committee of Northfield Bancorp., a $5.6 billion community bank based in Woodbridge, NJ.
Mr. Harrison also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Richmond University Medical Center, a 488-bed non-profit safety net hospital in Staten Island, NY. He also serves on the boards of the Northfield Foundation, where he served for five years as Chair, Project Hospitality, a $60 million non-profit that provides food, shelter and care for the unhoused and people in need, where he currently serves as First Vice Chair, and the Hospital Trustees of New York State.
Mr. Harrison formerly served as Chair of the Board of Visitors of the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for Public Policy and the Social Sciences at Dartmouth College, and as President of the Board of Trustees of Staten Island Academy.
Mr. Harrison’s redevelopment projects have received numerous awards over the years, including the 2023 Urban Renewal Project of the Year from the Lehigh Calley Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Foundation; the 2017 Lehigh Valley March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Awards Real Estate Project of the Year; and the 2017 Vision Award from the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Harrison also received the 2024 Nelson A. Rockefeller Award for Distinguished Public Service from the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for Public Policy and the Social Sciences at Dartmouth College; and the 2023 Ralph J. Lamberti Award for Community Service from the DaVinci Society of Wagner College.
